Quick Guide
Like your natural teeth, your dental appliance needs daily care. Soak your appliance in Ola Fresh solution beginning the day you receive it to keep it clean and fresh; and your mouth healthy!
How to Use Ola Fresh
Brush Your Teeth
Brush your natural teeth as recommended by your dentist.
Rinse
Thoroughly brush your appliance in running water to remove any obvious food particles, etc.
Brush Your Appliance
Thoroughly brush the dirty appliance with a soft bristle dental appliance brush using water only. Rinse again.
Prepare Solution
Stir 1 entire packet of Ola Fresh denture cleaning powder into approximately 1 cup of lukewarm water and let it stand for 3 minutes. The prepared solutions lasts up to 7 days.
Submerge
Soak your dental appliance in the solution for at least 15 minutes (total soak time varies for different ortho dental appliances).
Rinse Again
All removable dental appliances need to be rinsed thoroughly under running water before being re-inserted into the mouth.
Cautions & Precautions
Do NOT use bleach, toothpaste, or similar cleaning products, as these can scratch or discolor the surface of your appliance, causing it to look dull and opaque.
Keep Ola Fresh solution out of the reach of children and pets.

Ola Fresh is not a replacement for good oral hygiene. Please continue to brush, floss, and use dental rinses to keep your gums healthy and your teeth strong and bright.
